La Toshia Burrell, LMT

La Toshia Burrell is approaching 7 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She has earned her master’s degree in Exercise Science at the University of Northern Iowa and bachelor’s degree in Fitness Management at Wartburg College. During her collegiate coaching years, post graduate, she pursued another passion of hers by completing massage therapy certification at Moraine Valley Community College in Illinois followed by passing her boards for massage therapy licensure. She recently became a certified myotherapist to add to her specialty bodywork training of deep tissue and sports massage therapy.

Toshia enjoys spending time with her son Jordan along with friends and family.
